Welcome to CloneMaster-Mult＆Dual Account (“CloneMaster,” the “App,” or the “Service”; package name com.xunrui.duokai). The developer currently identified on Google Play is Liu Daosong (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, installing, signing in to, purchasing through, or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

CloneMaster provides local virtualization and app-cloning capabilities that allow users to create isolated copies of apps and sign in to different accounts on the same device. Depending on the version, device, region, and membership status, the Service may include:

• scanning available apps and creating, launching, renaming, or deleting clones;
• separate local data and settings for different accounts;
• home-screen shortcuts, app lock, notifications, and fast account switching;
• backup/restore, icon replacement, and device-information or location simulation tools; and
• ad-supported features and VIP digital benefits offered through Google Play.

Features may vary because of Android versions, manufacturer restrictions, third-party app protections, or Google Play policies. We do not guarantee that every app, game, sign-in method, notification, or payment feature will work in a virtual environment.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

The Service is not directed to children under 16. You must be at least 16 or the age at which you may independently consent to digital services in your jurisdiction; otherwise, a parent or legal guardian must agree on your behalf.

Some features can be used without sign-in. VIP binding, entitlement recognition, or other features may require a Firebase account. Available methods may include anonymous/device sign-in, Google, Facebook, LINE, or phone sign-in. You must:

• provide accurate sign-in information that you are authorized to use;
• protect your device, credentials, verification codes, and third-party accounts;
• not lend, sell, or otherwise transfer an account or VIP entitlement; and
• contact us and secure relevant third-party accounts if you discover unauthorized use.

3. Limited License

While you comply with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to install and use the App for lawful personal purposes on compatible Android devices that you control.

This license does not transfer source code, trademarks, designs, virtualization technology, or other intellectual property. Except where expressly permitted by law, you may not copy, sell, rent, redistribute, modify, reverse engineer, bypass protections, or create derivative works from the App.

4. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• clone, access, or sign in to another person’s app, game, account, or data without authorization;
• use multiple accounts to evade third-party limits, bans, age rules, regional restrictions, payment requirements, or access controls;
• engage in fraud, money laundering, cheating, artificial traffic, false ad interactions, spam, harassment, stalking, or non-consensual surveillance;
• infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, trade-secret, or other rights;
• distribute malware, steal credentials, interfere with devices/networks, or attack/test systems without authorization;
• tamper with purchase results, forge membership status, block required entitlement checks, or manipulate advertising/analytics SDKs; or
• use the Service in a way that could expose us, Google Play, or another party to legal liability.

You are responsible for ensuring that multiple-account or clone use does not violate rules imposed by your employer, school, game publisher, social platform, or other service.

5. Third-Party Apps, Content, and Accounts

CloneMaster is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, LINE, TikTok, game publishers, or other cloneable apps unless expressly stated. Third-party names and icons identify apps on your device only.

A third-party app may decide whether to allow operation in a virtual, multi-instance, or multi-account environment and may block sign-in, restrict features, suspend an account, or delete data. Your account, content, purchases, disputes, and data processing with that third party are governed by its terms and policies. We cannot restore a third-party account or its data.

6. Permissions, Data, and User Choice

To show eligible apps and support clone functionality, CloneMaster may access the installed-app inventory and, depending on the feature or cloned app, request permissions for media, camera, microphone, location, contacts, phone, calendar, Bluetooth, nearby devices, notifications, overlays, or storage.

You may decline or revoke a permission, in which case only the related feature may be limited. Review the in-app disclosure and Android system prompt before granting access. Details about data handling, third-party SDKs, advertising identifiers, retention, and deletion are in our Privacy Policy.

7. Advertising

The free version may show splash, banner, interstitial, or rewarded ads. Ads may be supplied by TradPlus, Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, AppLovin, Pangle, and their partners. You may not use automation, false clicks, or other methods to manipulate ad impressions or interactions.

Where available, you may manage personalized-ad consent. Selecting non-personalized ads does not necessarily remove ads. Advertisers are responsible for advertised products and services; verify them before transacting.

8. Google Play Purchases and VIP

• Android digital purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. Payment methods, taxes, refunds, and receipts are governed by Google Play terms and policies.
• The product name, price, validity period, renewal status, and other conditions shown on the purchase page and Google Play confirmation screen control. Review them before paying.
• VIP benefits apply only to the purchasing account or corresponding local installation environment and may not be resold, rented, or transferred.
• If a purchase is not delivered, confirm its Google Play status, sign in with the original purchasing account, and try restoration. If the issue remains, contact us with the Google Play order number. Never send full payment-card details.
• Except where law provides otherwise, refunds are governed by Google Play rules. We may revoke benefits for refunded, reversed, charged-back, or fraudulent transactions.

9. Backup, Compatibility, and Data-Loss Risk

Virtualization depends on Android behavior and third-party app implementations. System/app updates, security policies, low storage, permission revocation, abnormal shutdown, or clearing data may cause a clone to stop launching, require sign-in again, or lose data.

Use the third-party app’s official cloud sync or backup functionality and back up important data before deleting a clone, clearing data, uninstalling, or updating. CloneMaster local backup is not permanent cloud backup and is not guaranteed to restore across every device or version.

10. User Content and Feedback

You retain rights in your content. When you voluntarily submit support feedback, screenshots, diagnostics, or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them as reasonably necessary to provide support, fix issues, and improve the Service. Do not submit another person’s data, confidential data, passwords, or verification codes without authorization.

11. Updates, Changes, and Availability

We may update, add, restrict, or discontinue features for security, compatibility, legal, or operational reasons. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where practical. Use the latest version available through Google Play; older versions may stop working for security or compatibility reasons.

We may update these Terms and will update the date on this page. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide appropriate notice and renew consent where legally required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

12. Intellectual Property

The CloneMaster software, interface, marks, text, graphics, and technology are owned by us or our licensors. Third-party apps, marks, and content remain owned by their respective rights holders. No rights are granted except the limited license in these Terms.

13. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service, delete clones, delete your account, or uninstall the App at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate the Service or related benefits to the extent permitted by law if you breach these Terms, infringe rights, commit fraud, or create risk to the Service, devices, or users.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain effective, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, disputes, and accrued payment obligations.

14. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with every app/device, or that a third party will not detect, restrict, or block a virtual environment.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, business losses, or data loss caused by third-party account action, third-party content, device failure, user action, lack of backup, third-party app updates, or events outside our control. Where complete exclusion is not permitted, liability is limited to the minimum extent allowed by law. Nothing excludes non-waivable consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

15. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify us for reasonable losses and costs resulting from third-party claims caused by your unlawful use, infringement of third-party rights, or breach of these Terms. This does not apply to the extent caused by our own unlawful conduct or negligence.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the applicable law of the developer’s place of establishment without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence. Contact us first to seek an informal resolution. Unresolved disputes may be brought before a court with jurisdiction or an available consumer-dispute body.

17. General

If a provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them to a successor in connection with a merger, restructuring, or transfer of the Service, subject to the successor assuming relevant obligations.
